Equal opportunities

A central goal of the University is to offer all its members equal opportunities in achieving their professional potential and in developing their career. Gender equality, in particular, is promoted by a great many structural measures relating to equal opportunities and individual support. The latter includes consultation and training offers for the career planning and advancement, scholarships and the promotion of research projects for the improvement of the appealability. Information and advice on these subjects are available at the office of the Vice-President 'Wissenschaftlicher Nachwuchs und Gleichstellung' (young researchers and diversity management). There is  also the mentoring programme for female postdocs coordinated.
